Bit of a trick question since this is also used for rob. In this case the gesture means
torcer or "twist" literaly.
Torcer also means to support a team - to be a fan. When I first came to Brazil people would ask me whether I support the
Atlelico soccer team (as if I had even seen a soccer game by that time!). While asking this they would use this gesture to help me understand the question. Of course, it only confused me more!
